Help with finding a Top Please

On the main menu page in the box called Fall Wardrobe Refresher - the lady with hat is wearing a cardigan like top with bell sleeves. Cannot find it anywhere. If its not in inventory yet, I wish they wouldn't show it till it is available. Anyhow, if anyone knows the item number I sure would appreciate it.

I think its A383472 and there is only xxsmall left, its on blowout clearance.

I looked on Boho Belle -- which is the brand of the embroidered jeans the model is wearing with the open front cardigan. The cardigan can be seen there and someone asked about it. Here is the answer directly from someone with Kim Gravel:

I love all the clothes in that picture. I can't tell you how much time I spent looking for that red dress, only to come up empty. I wish they wouldn't show things that are not yet available.

Thanks so much for your help - now at least I have an item number to keep checking on. Wish they wouldn't show items before they are in. But thanks again for your help
