Thanks @lolakimono. I was thinking it was the dress, too. But the model is wearing pants...?? ...which threw me off. Thanks for finding it for me. Wish it were a top instead.

It is a dress but it is a mini dress - 38" long in the plus sizes. So if you have long legs  you may be able to wear it as a tunic if you want. If your petite it should probably fit you perfectly.

I can no longer wear short skirts so if I bought this I would probably take about 4 " off it and wear it as a tunic. Cute design.

I thought it was cute and that cutting it off as a top it would be even cuter.  Reviews are not good and the price didn't justify cutting off a third of the material.

Oh no, I thought it was a knit t- shirt.  It's nice but not for $50, maybe when the price goes down.
