@alohakz if you saw it on Jane's FB page, you may get success asking her right there on her FB page.  Most of the hosts are responsive (sometimes it takes time) when asked about things like this.

I think it has a LV lock on the front but I can't find the style name...

No one asked about it on her FB page.  She does seem to answer questions though.

Well if Ms.  can't find the item, I am afraid not many people will be able to find it.  I consider Ms. Lola as the QVC fashion expert who find everything.
