They claim they were finally able to locate a factory to make them exactly like before. However, I've been reading others post they don't seem the same. Not wearing petites, I'm not sure how comparable the new ones are.

Wow!! A "sale" price 7% less!! I'm stocking up and buying one in every color--LOL!!!

I have a couple of pairs of these when they were under $30. I found the newer ones to be cut somewhat smaller than the ones I have from years ago. I've switched over to the Croft and Barrow from Kohl's pull on pants which are frequently on sale and come in"short" as well as petite. Works for me.
