She is stunning, but the hairstyle is not becoming. The eye makeup is exaggerated, but ultimately, I think the hair is what ruins the look.

The dress looks smashing on her!  I love the look from head to toe and her daring fashion choices.  She reminds me of the model Bella Hadid.
