The fact that HSN is down to 15 Yummie items in stock and every single one of them are deeply discounted is very telling that the line is done on HSN.
The name of Heather's company is actually Three Times Clothier and Yummie Tummie is the dba. She was also involved in a lawsuit with Spanx and Maidenform. I know she was ordered a multi-million dollar settlement by Maidenform but I'm not sure what happened to the lawsuit with Spanx nor the one with her brand manager.
This makes total sense to me. It sounds like Yummie- or some modified version of Yummie- will eventually be on Evine with the other product line Heather reps. In the meantime, I've stocked up! Between hsn's sales - plus one of my favorite ebay sellers has llisted the duos!
@Ibby114 Please do tell us who are not in the "know" how you know this? That's all I want. Heather Thompson is just the Brand representative. What does her line have to do with Tommie Copper?
The only thing that makes any sense behind all of this is that her business is going under and many are unhappy about it so they are trying to hitch her to a wagon that doesn't belong to her.
I know as much as anyone regarding this - which is really not much!! The only thing that makes sense to me is the business model. Evine and HSN are compeitors and I doubt they'd let the same person represent products on both stations.

Thank you for your decent response. All I have been asking is if any of this hoopla is true @Ibby114. Heather Thompson's website will still be able to satisfy the "Yummie" need. I can't speak to the dirt cheap markdowns like HSN has done in the past (part of her legal issues with her brand manager).
Again, thank you. I like her camisoles because I've found so many colorful ones that you don't ordinarily find in shapewear.

@Ibby114, there is a sale on the Yummie website camisoles are two for $58.
Otherwise, 15% off right now and free shipping.

@Chi-town girl wrote:@itiswhatitis - what's not the case? What are you asking?
@Andreatoo - you should get to a store like Nordstrom that carries these brands and try them for yourself. That's what I did, and I like Lysse the best in terms of fabrics, fit and the waistband design IMO is superior. They have some in denser fabrics that are more suitable for colder weather.
BTW Target sells the sister brand to Spanx called Assets by Spanx. Lower pricing so not the same fabrics or items but I have purchased and like those too.
How do Lysse leggings fit? I've worn Yummie for so long (their bootcuts are my favorite!) and usually size up 2 for a comfortable flattering fit; does Lysse also have that fit 'learning curve'??!
@Ibby114 - I find that I need different sizes for Lysse leggings depending on the density of the fabric, need to size up by 1. if solid color its a tighter fit. printed which has a diff fabric component, looser fit so I need to size down.
The hsn TS I bought the solid & print in a size up b/c it is a denser fabric I will only wear fall/winter. Unfortunately the snake print one is looser & I s/h stayed w my regular size. I kept it b/c I like it & my size sold out so no exchange was available.
You or I or anyone posting in the forum is not 'required' to provide 'proof' for any discussion. The obnoxious poster on this thread 'telling' or demanding others to do or provide to her can take a hike along with her rude obnoxious attitude! What a *i#€*

@Lipstickdiva, other stores carry Heather's brand and they never carried fifteen of her items at any time. I have purchase plenty of her camisoles from wherever I could get it cheapest. So...because HSN sells more of her brand, that suddenly means she's going away from HSN?
Why can't anyone verify that she is leaving before they make this claim?
HSN used to carry 2+ pages of Yummie items. Now they are down to only 15 items and they are ALL on deep clearance. The only time that ever happens is when a brand is leaving. The inventory widdles down to nothing and goes on deep clearance. Nothing is being replenished. Maggie Sweet, Carolyn Strauss, Tori Spelling jewelry, Kathy Levine clothing, etc. all ended up deeply clearanced and gone.
I'm not saying that I think her Yummie line will end up on Evine. I'm only saying I believe that her Yummie line is gone from HSN.

OK, @Lipstickdiva maybe you know something I don't. I don't think that because she has less available at HSN that her line is leaving.

@itiswhatitis Good point. HSN has some inventory that they discount deeply and let run down before the vendor comes back. Nikki Poulos is one. Yet she always return with a new line. Even Serena gets low before she returns. I do love that about HSN. Huge discounts!

@Reba055, that's what I'm thinking too. Those deep discounts was part of the problem with her founding Partner. Honestly, I like the camisoles. I wouldn't buy the rest. The reviews for her items are always so pitiful but the Camisoles work for me.

How does the Women with Control leggings compare to the Yummie and Tommie Copper - I think the Women with Control boasts 14% spandex?
$75 for a pair of leggings seems a bit much for me...Though I would love the compression since I have rheumatoid and bursitis in the hip and knees...I probably would go with a medium and then try to find something like a nice tunic to cover the backside
Do these copper fit leggings have copper in them?
