Heads Up on barefoot dreams

I wore my barefoot dreams cardigan today as my outerwear because we have a "heat wave" in coastal MD! After a rocking blizzard, we are at 60 degrees today and tomorrow!!!

anyway, beware wearing the lighter colors with black. i have on black leggings today and the cardigan is shedding all over them and I have a nonsensicle pet peeve about any type of lint on black...I know, it's weird but I'm walking around with a mini lint roller in one of the pockets. barefoot dreams should not shed for the amount of money the items cost. will not buy another piece, even at 50% off

@bmorechickwhich cardi do you have? I know I feel the same way you do about the cost and quality. I have not had that problem with any of their products yet,except that poncho they sold last month, it shed big time and I returned it.

The only BD I've purchased is their Cozychic Zuma Cape. It's 100% polyester; the nap of it was very long, almost shaggy. I returned it as I didn't like the look or feel at all.

Their other cardigans and capes are nylon/rayon blend, some are modal/azlon/spandex blend, and there may be others.

Can you share what content yours is? I may be two down and none to go.

I have the beach poncho (the one with turtleneck) and haven't experience this. Mine is not that rayon blend. It also has a long fringe.

Someone said to plop it in the dryer on air and all the loose bits will get sucked up and no shedding will happen. Haven't done that yet but maybe I will. I own the gray with black, btw.

Sorry you had problems. I have 2, Barefoot Dreams Cozychic Lite Island Wrap, & Cozychic lite montecito cardi. I love them both, wear them all the time and haven't had any shedding problems.

Guys, Its 75% nylon, 25% rayon
