The receptionist in a doctor's office yesterday had on a cloth one yesterday.  She looked cute with her one sided bangs.  I think she was probably in her 30's.

@chessylady  I bet you rocked that aerobics outfit with stylish matching terry accessories Smiley Very Happy! I love the 80's aerobics outfits- I have a hobby of collecting and exercising to 80's aerobics VHS tapes.  I love how the women in the videos wore full faces of makeup, hair done, jewelry and coordinating aerobics outfits- so stlyish and so much fun. @SportyShorty07 yes I loved it. I did Jazzercise in those days. We had a local football game between police and sheriffs called the Pig Bowl. Our Jazzercise group did a half time routine to Michael Jackson's Thriller.

@chessylady   That half time routine you and your Jazzercise group did for the Pig Bowl sounds absolutely fantastic Smiley HappyHeart!! Jazzercize is still going strong at gyms all across the USA and Judi Sheppard Missett the creator of Jazzercise, and her daughter Shanna still teach classes Smiley Happy.  I love aerobics-I know I' always have great and exciting workouts when I put in an aerobics VHS tape and do all of the fun moves and routines.

@SportyShorty07, I had the vhs of the “Jane Fonda Workout Challenge”, which is my all-time favorite 80’s aerobics video. About 10 or so years ago I had it transferred to dvd and still do the workout occasionally. The music on it is so much fun, with every genre covered. And, boy, the workout is quite the challenge!

@PugdogMom  I have the Jane Fonda Workout Challenge on VHS too and its an incredible workout with great music!!  I have dozens and dozens of 80's aerobics VHS tapes and a lot of rare celebrity aerobics VHS tapes too- they're such great forms of low and high intensity cardio to keep me fit while having fun.  My top 4 aerobics VHS tapes I own are Greg Smithey's Buns of Steel, Chippendales Muscle Motion Aerobics, The Original 29 Minute Workout Aerobics VHS, and Brigham Young University TV's  Hooked on Aerobics.  Smiley Happy

Fun fact: I even have the QVC Walk Aerobics VHS which has some of the 80's QVC hosts doing walk aerobics with Leslie Sansone- Mary Beth Roe and Dan Hughes are featured in it working out while wearing neon windbreaker aerobic outfits Smiley Very Happy.

@SportyShorty07, wow! You have quite the 80’s exercise collection! I remember the Buns of Steel series, for sure. I think I’ll break out my Jane Fonda Challenge on Saturday morning to get the weekend off to a good start! I bet the QVC walking tape is quite the hoot! 😊

I've worn hairbands my entire life. There can be a vast difference in how some feel. I can't think of a single inexpensive hairband that does not pinch.

They are a fashion accessory that I don't consider a trend, and as with most long term use accessories I don't mind paying a bit more.

@PugdogMom  Yes indeed I do have a huge 80s aerobics VHS collection- I'm thinking of having a custom VHS shelving unit built for it someday.  I'm going to do the Jane Fonda Workout Challenge this Saturday too then Smiley Very Happy.  Buns of Steel is so much fun- I've done it so many times that I can almost do the entire routine from memory.  I live by Greg Smithey's quote that he says in the Buns of Steel VHS

"We're not just sitting around- no.  We're trying to look good for ourselves, the people we love, and the people we don't even know yet." Smiley Happy

Look at Mary Beth Roe in the purple tracksuit and Dan Hughes in the hot pink, neon green and black tracksuit! So great! I love how when they're doing knee lifts and abs they're joking about TSV's and Easy Pays in this tape.  Smiley Very Happy

@SportyShorty07 OMG, I love the QVC vhs pictures! Mary Beth is gorgeous (still is) and Dan Hughes looks so young! I started watching QVC around 2014, I believe, so I don’t really recognize the others in the pictures. I will think of you Saturday morning as I do high impact aerobics with Jane (and Peter and Greg). 😊
