I'd remove that cardigan. For some reason, it doesn't seem like a fresh outfit with it.

It's no secret that I am not a fan of blue, so I'll start there. Then I know what is old is new again, but the sweater set reads J Jill or Chico's circa 19??.

I probably wouldn't set out to purchase the pants, but I would wear them, maybe with a white shirt, casually untucked with the collar popped and cuffs turned back.

Given the faux wood block heels on the sandals, they too are a no for moi.

Actually, after perusing the J.Jill website, it reads J.Jill circa 2020.

I like the whole outfit except for the shoes. It would have looked good on me once upon a time as I used to be tall and thin.

The entire outfit, from head to toe, is a no, for me. Don't like patterned pants, definitely dislike short pants, cardigan is too long. The navy top might be fine, but I can't actually see it.
