It takes forever to load and then I get a message saying that the page is unresponsive.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Yes...all day....it keeps saying they lost the website and I need to recover it...so I have left several times and come back to see if its improved....

I just got booted off again....I'm done...leaving this site for today...

@house_cat and @circles and @Karnerblue, It's definitely the website.  If you'll check the "Community Chat" or "Suggestion Box" forums you'll see numerous threads about it.  It's a mess.

Thank you, circles. My last resort is always to ask my son what's going on. I hate to ask him until I'm sure. I don't want to crush his image of me as an intelligent adult.

I have always found that pages load slowly when I'm on the forums. It could just be my tablet but other sites load just fine. The most aggravating thing for me though is the page "jumping". When I think the page is finished loading, I'll click on a subject and it will highlight the one above it and take me there instead. Then I'll click the back button and start all over again, waiting for the page jumping to stop before I attempt to click on the line I want. SO FRUSTRATING!

I guess the web techs are off for the weekend - or maybe they bit off more than they can chew with all these changes.  It seems the website can't handle so much traffic.
