Has quality changed?

I am sure fabric costs more and QVC is trying to keep costs for items down ....BUT I think Susan's clothes are LOOKING cheap. If I saw them even in a discount store I would not look twice. I think the styles of tops look like bargain basement. Please QVC...more people that have quality.
