Yes, I bought 2 pairs and I really like them.  I used the size chart provided with the item on the order page.  

I would say that I need the same size as in regular stores - 1 size up from my QVC size.

Thank you both.  Going to order the cheapest pair on sale and since it is not returnable, I will have an idea if I want to invest in a more expensive pair.  I went up one size (and what is sometimes 2 sizes) up from my regular QVC size.  Sometimes I have to go down in my QVC size, so I have two sizes so I went up one size from my  larger size which would be in line with the size guide.
