Just curious ....  who came up with this idea?  Maybe American garment manufacturers? 

I've never even heard of this day, but I would have to dig in another closet to find one. 

So I will skip that and wear "dressy" slacks.

BUT not until it stops snowing!  Not dragging my dress hems in slop and slush.

While I do have midi's as well, I wear dresses May - Sept only.

I didn't realize it was National Wear a Dress Day. I'm at home doing laundry so I'm wearing jeans and a tee. I wore a dress to church yesterday though. I love dresses and own quite a few. I prefer dresses to hit at knee length or a bit above or below my knees. I own a lot of wrap dresses and a few sheath dresses. Love wearing my dresses all year round.

I wore Isaac's faux suede dress in Basil yesterday. So I'm counting that!
