Re: Hanging out at home indoors - what do you typically wear?

Yoga pants and a top. If I'm expecting company...I strap on the bra.

Re: Hanging out at home indoors - what do you typically wear?

I'm glad you posted this, as I'd love a few ideas myself. In the cold weather, I usually wear corderoy pants, or a yoga type bottom with a long sleeve tee. I have clogs that I slip on, or warm slippers if I'm just relaxing. If I'm chilly, a fleece top over the tee warms me up quickly.

In warmer weather I'll wear the same yoga style pants or capris, rarely ever shorts. I have some short sleeve tops or three quarter length that I like a lot, and can go run an errand, without having to change. There's nothing dressy, just clean and neat, and not wrinkled so I would be comfortable if I happened to see someone. Hope you get some good ideas! pinky

Re: Hanging out at home indoors - what do you typically wear?

I was in Walmart about 3 weeks ago and they had those really soft flannel pajama bottoms in a bin for $5. I never owned a pair but they were so soft and so I decided to buy a pair. Well, they are the most comfortable pant I've ever lounged around in! So I am wearing them today with a sweatshirt.

If it's daytime, yoga pants or leggings and Eddie Bauer sweatshirts. I live in EB sweatshirts in the winter hanging out at home, their legend wash sweatshirts are so soft and comfy. I have maybe 8 or 10 of them in different colors.

In the summer or warmer weather, yoga pants or shorts and t shirts or tanks.

If it's night, and I know I'm not going out anywhere and no one is coming to visit I will have my pajamas on.

I wear these as loungewear, from L.L. Bean. {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}

Feather Fleece Pajama Set, Shawl Collar

When I'm home from school, I usually have a cat near me so I change into "play clothes" when I know I won't be going out.

In the summer I wear three pairs of these Ultrasoft Sweats, also from Bean. They are cropped (gasp) and in tropical colors. They are my hanging around pants, although I could wear them to yoga. They tend to bag out after a wearing and they "grow" as the day goes on.

I'm retired. I shower, do hair and makeup and get dressed in the morning ... turtleneck and cords or jeans in the winter. Chinos and polo shirt in summer.

If I have to go out for a quick errand - I'm ready.

lola, hmm, I'm going to have to look into those LLbean pants, they could make a nice alternative in the summer.

Right now they just have the full length ones, but if you want the cropped ones you'll have to check closer to summer.
