Has anyone in the Community Forums ever ordered handbags or clothing from 6PM.com? If you have, are they a good company to buy from? How was your shopping experience? Thank you in advance for your replies.

only problem I had was returning a pair of shoes was expensive, but the discount made up for it.

They are owned by Zappos, and they liquidate the merchandise that has "broken" sizes. Their return policy is not as generous as Zappos, but I have never had to return anything.

You can sign up for their Brandaholics program, which will give you discounts in future orders, if you have ordered enough throughout the year.

Shipping is free, but you will pay return shipping, so just be aware if you are ordering something heavy like a coat or boots.

They are fast with the shipping too. The prices are always changing, depending on the stock, but it tells you when you put something in your cart if there are only 1-2 of the items left.

I bought a pair of Frye boots last summer, and by the time I got them they were about $100 cheaper, for the same style/size/color. I did some researching online, and while they don't do price adjustments, I read a blog that someone had an issue and a CS agent refunded the difference. I called them up and asked for a "one time" adjustment, since it was a significant price drop and she gave me the current price.

I always research around, and more often than not they have the best price. Today I found a Pikolinos shoe that was a lot cheaper than Nordies, for example.
