Although they can be lovely, I pass on those.

 

I'm not into layering. I like to wear one piece at a time.

 

I also don't want to spend money on a second piece to match and go under the first one. 

 

This issue also comes up if a V neckline is too deep. I'm not interested in buying or wearing something to fill in the gap. I just pass on those items.
