Halston A352404 Top with blouson sleeves....

I bought this shirt (A352404) a earlier this spring, I have only worn it a few times, maybe twice....I noticed what I though was make up reside on the front neck area of the top...there the binding is, which was an odd spot for make up to rub off and it's not a spot, it looks as if my neck rubbed it when taking it off but I must have rubbed the entire binding area, on both sides, which I know I didn't do because there are buttons down the front of the shirt and the neck opening is ample as well.

 

Today I washed it the area still looks dirty almost like the 'tapeing' under the neck edge was not a pure white to begin with and is showing thru to the front, make sense?

 

Anyone own this top and if so have you noticed this?

To late to send back, but I will not wear it as is...it sticks out like a sore thumb now that I see it.  Hate to not wear it -it was not inexpensive for a wear to work shirt.

@Mom2Dogs   I don't have this top so I can't help you out but it is very pretty.
