Have not seen Carrie before either, maybe she is there to help out Melinda if she gets stuck? from what I saw that didn't look like it.

HSN typically has newer hosts co-host with the more seasoned hosts and then they are on their own.

Carrie started a few years back on HSN but I remember her being more like Courtney was. She did more social media type stuff and commercial type spots for HSN and then they put her at a fulltime host. I really like Carrie.
