I'm so disgusted to see that a tank top I paid $56.00 dollars + shipping and handing was reduced to $23.00 yesterday. When I called them to say I would like a price adjustment on what I paid, since I had just received it... being no more than two weeks ago I was told that they 'would not' and I'm not entitled to a price adjustment as they go by the order date, not the actual date you received the item. Now how terrible is that?! So there I waited for back ordered item and finally received it and then they clearance it out and they have the audacity to think I should be treated so poorly and not given a price adjustment when I have been a very good customer for many years. I thought SHOPNBC was a terrible place to buy from, but I have to say I've been noticing that HSN is not as customer friendly as they use to be. Frankly, this is the last straw with them. I'm never going to buy a regular priced item from them again, as everyone needs to know that EVERYTHING goes out on clearance after a few months, so why pay the full price?! This type of thing has happened to me before at other stores and they graciously pay me the difference. I would have even been happy with a merchandise credit.

So when you see something you like on HSN, just follow it for a few months and watch for the clearance shows as even the most popular selling items are marked down to half off the cost and sometimes even less. It's all about watching for the clearance shows and you can get some great deals, but NO MORE FULL PRICED MERCHANDISE FOR ME.
