I understand that prices have gone up but lately I'm having to return quite a few items because the sizing is off or the items just don't meet expectations - I just had to send back 3 pairs of Clarks shoes and 2 pair of D& C0 todays special and between shipping and restocking fees, I might as well make an extra payment . Also, there are no documents in many of the boxes - several times I went online to print them up and the QVC computer system was down - I had to call customer service and have them email me what I need?? QVC is making things difficult all around! I am weaning myself off the Q for the sake of my purse and my sanity--maybe I'll be back around Christmas. Or maybe I'll stick to books and gift cards?

@JerseyJ FYI, there is no restocking fee. I buy shoes from places with free return shipping, having learned my lrsson. I find QVC sizing to be unusually consistent, much more so than departments stores.

If you return too many things doesn't the Q do something to you? I know there's something but I don't remember what.

I can't recall the last time I paid full price for anything on QVC ... I only buy stuff that has been marked down. Lunch time specials is my primary source - and an occasional TSV.
I don't have a problem with sizes. I know my body measurements and I can read their garment measurements. I do have to shorten pants ... but I have to do that wherever I buy them.
In the last 12 years .... I returned one item ... a TSV wig ... made me look like a cone head from the old Saturday Night Live show.

LOL!! What does the letter say? Do you know? I've never had the fortunate experience of geting one.

Thank goodness I've never received one, but in years past irate posters would print the letter or parts of it because they were so insulted. Then there were discussions of how much you had to return to get one of these letters. I think you had to do a LOT of returns to get one lol.
ETA I forgot to say that the letter warned the shopper that she was going to be prohibited from ordering any more from QVC.

Naturally people don't like paying for shipping--- either to or from, but I'm pretty sure that places offering free shipping all the time must have figured a way to incorporate their costs into the product prices.
I know that the return costs have dissuaded me from returning my recent Lock N Lock
purchase. Nothing wrong at all with the product! I just foolishly clicked on the wrong color and so now my earthy colored kitchen has a new Rose Gold (really pink) resident
hiding in my cabinet.
I get that wrong size clothing is a must return, but as far as other things go I bet the Q makes out big time by not getting things back because people elect to just live with a
mistake (like wrong color etc..) that doesn't affect the efficacy of the item.

Obviously, the Qvc shopping experience isn't for you. If you are returning that much merchandise, why didn't haven't you already stopped buying clothes and shoes? You are better suited for brick & mortar shopping where you can try things on and see if they meet your standards.
