For those of you who ordered this dress in black, please let me know - is your dress a deep, jet black? The dress I got looks kind of washed out. It's not heathered like the lighter colors, but it's not a deep black like the black version of A305433 LOGO by Lori Goldstein Knit Sleeveless Maxi Dress with Chiffon Trim.

I'm suspicious because I was on waitlist and I wonder if I got someone's return. The dress I got looks washed out and that causes me to think I even smell some cologne or something on it. Not really sure if it's imagination...oh well.

There are currently no more black ones in stock for exchange. I don't want another color...I'm on the fence. It is "lounge" after all, so maybe I can't expect it to be spiffy looking, but I thought it would at least look like the one Lori has on in presentation. That one does not look washed out. 

Please offer feedback so I'll know if I just have wrong expectations - or a bad dress.

@Mirren  FYI if you aren't aware of it, there is a LOGO forum here and many of us post there who ordered the dress.  Go to the left of the board where you see the first choice My Favorite Brand, click on that, and then go to the Logo subforum there.   It's a good place to have your LOGO questions answered.

I ordered the black - size medium - and returned it because it didn't flatter me (too much material in front) even though I usually love the LOGO Lounge garments.  I can't answer your question very well - mine looked black to me, but the lighting in my bedroom is very poor. That's where I tried it on and decided it didn't flatter my body, so I just didn't pay that much attention to how black it was, although I didn't notice anything "off" about the black on mine.  But others posted in that forum that they had ordered the black.  YOu shouldn't start a thread (per the Mods) in two different forums, but for next time, keep the LOGO forum in mind when you have LOGO questions.

Thank you so much, Pearly! For your response and for letting me know about the topic forum. Btw, I ended up returning mine cz it didn't flatter my body (upper arms and upper back just looked "too fat") and the "lack of black" were too much to overcome. See you in the LOGO forum
