HELP!! B.Makowsky handbag stained!!!!

My sister got a new B. Makowsky handbag for Christmas and it is the glove leather. She went to a bar/cafe the other night and someone has spilt red wine (we think) on it and it dried before she noticed it. The handbag is a nutmeg color so it has shown up!!! What can she try to clean it with to help get the stain out or is it ruined!!!!!!!

ANY IDEAS!!! She is sick about it! Sad thing is the person who spilt it never even told her..so she could have maybe cleaned it up!!!
