 Macy's has these tops under the Alfani line they are on sale for $35. Got 3 of them and have worn them with pencil skirts, skinny jeans, slim leg pants and get all kinds of compliments.  The top dresses up and down washes nice - no wrinkles.

It has over 154 reviews at almost 5 stars.

I couldn't find any top exactly like this under the Alfani label...with the embellishment around the neck.
