Back in the 70's my teenage SIL used to make these skirts with her jeans when the hems were worn out beyond repair.

Since my eyes always prefer symmetry for whatever odd reason it just looks off to me. Not so much so that I wouldn't wear it.

I don't care for it for myself, wouldn't look good,  but I'm sure others will appreciate it and look great.

I like it!  The length, inserts, color of denim, etc.
