I can only see garment measurements when I shut off my WiFi on my iPhone. So annoying. It’s been a longtime problem. I reported it last month.

I would like to add my voice to the posts asking about the garment measurements.  I rely on these measurements to determine if an article of clothing will fit me before I order it, and then find out I am going to have to return it and pay $6.95.  We were not required to download an additional browser or turn off our WiFi to see these measurements, so I would appreciate QVC returning to their previous method of posting  this information.

I have seen this complaint numerous times. The issue is most likely the screen settings for your device or browser. The chart is enlarged and you are looking at a blank space between columns. You need to scroll around or shrink the view.  As long as you see the link it is there.

 

If you see a little message that the data is not available, you need to reboot, or maybe cleaning out the cookies, etc is sufficient.

 

These solutions have worked for previous posters with these complaints.
