GILI TSV ?

I received the Ostrich in Natural. After I unwrapped it, I noticed that the bag is already pulling away from the seam that runs up the bag. There is a small patch of glue on the leather where it is pulling. Extremely disappointed since I fell for the hype of if being compared to a luxury handbag. Has anyone else noticed this? Back it goes...=(

Don't believe everything that you hear. Sorry that your purchase didn't work out, but I think GILI plans to keep the bags coming, do you'll have another chance at something else.
