Does anyone know what high-end jacket the GILI TSV jacket is modeled after? They keep mentioning it and I'm simply curious. Thank you!

I'd be curious, as well. Apparently it is based a $400+ jacket.

Did Lisa Robertson deign this GILI jacket? I realize Lisa left QVC in December 2014 but it takes many months to bring a product to market. I remember how Lisa was held up as a top GILI spokesperson with much input and influence. I'm not impressed with this item at all. Does anyone know who designed it if not Lisa? Was it the Jill person?

The original G.I.L.I. leather jacket with the wing collar made of horizontal strips of leather was likely based on a Neiman Marcus jacket that Halle Berry wore in the show Extant.
There's a photo of her wearing it it on Pinterest and also it is sold out on Last Call too,

All I see in this jacket is a drape front open cardi done in leather. Nothing special about this at all. If I were to INVEST big money - and for me, this is BIG money - I'd rather spend $188 on that leather moto d&co jacket.
I want a jacket that has a closure to it so I can wear it as an outdoor jacket. The d&co moto zips, looks really good, nice leather, better colors offered, but in the winter when I need a winter coat over my jacket I can easily do that.
I would not be spending $199/$200 on this open front cardi/jacket that doesn't close and especially not because it says 'GILI' on a label that no one knows of unless you're a qvc shopper. G I L I means nothing to me quite honestly.

I believe during Courtney's show she said the retail price is $438 and then Jill Martin said that the jacket which the G.I.L.I. jacket was a retail price of 4-digits.

right now looking at them showing this on Jackie with a low hem tank covering her bum with the GILI jacket...just not a good look. Oh well, this too shall pass!!

It's not even all leather. Ponty knit on the sleeves and cotton on the collar. Not for me. I have recently seen this exact style jacket in faux suede material in Marshall's for $24.99. Obviously different, but the same style.

Hi pink! I think it would be very difficult to put a closure on this and have it drape the way it should. It's not as easy of a fix on leather with that type of front as some think. I like the draping, but I don't like the lack of closure. A closure would ruin the look of the draping, and it would be difficult to do making it look the same overall.
