I see the GILI Distressed Motorcycle Jacket (A235267) is available again ... I wanted it the first-time around in the two-tone, but missed out. My question is for those who own it, and have had the opportunity to wear it for a while: does this leather break in nicely ... is it softer now after wearing it ... or is it still rough ... (sorry, my question mark key is broken, so I can't use it, LOL!)
I read all of the reviews on this jacket, and many commented upon how rough the leather was ... then, others commented on how that's the way motorcycle jackets should be (rough & stiff at first, but they break in well over time). I'm willing to accept it being rough at first, if it will break in over time to be soft and pliable. Most of all, I don't want it to "look" like cheap leather.
I really love the two-tone one, and would love to purchase, because I really haven't seen a two-tone from other brands like Kors or Tahari that I would like to grab. Any thoughts on this, and the leather quality & how it breaks in... (question mark)
