I don't understand the ""between baggy and stuffed sausage"" comment either.

Does it fit you or not?

I would call a customer service supervisor. That's the only way you will feel as though you get customer satisfaction, which QVC is known for. Don't keep it if there is a flaw, in the long run that would always bother you. But it sounds like you are not over the moon about it anyway! Should you decide to keep it, wear it in good health.{#emotions_dlg.thumbup1}

My size and color is in stock but if I reorder they will not give me the TSV price even if it is defective. Their only solution is return for exchange and hope its still in stock which I doubt after pm style tonight. Guess I'll have to decide how much I want it. CS was not helpful at all. Just a lot of no's.
Call back, and ask for a supervisor. QVC should let you order another one st the TSV price, and return the defective one at their expense. Good luck!!!

I agree!!

Thanks to everyone for the input. The baggy/sausage comment means not too loose but not too tight. Just right Smiley Happy

I would send it back and ask for an exchange. If you don't get one, fine. But keeping the one you have will probably drive you crazy so it's not worth it.

Re: G.I.L.I. moto jacket TSV - Reviews

Hi, I am now on waitlist for the blush in size 8 (at TSV price, which is only $20 less than featured price) - I waited so long, thinking about it all day, reading comments/reviews etc. about sizing up. I originally ordered the 6, then read to size up 1 or 2 sizes !!! So, I changed it for an 8 - now, I still don't know if I have the right size - I guess only time will tell. Never had GILI before - I'm an XS in D&C and Susan Graver, etc. but they always run huge. So many of you seem to love the blush and I always wanted that color from the beginning so - keeping my fingers crossed.

Others who are upset about not getting the TSV price - as I said, its only $20 more, so if you love it, I don't think there's a big deal about ordering now - many more colors and sizes are popping up!!!!!

Bally K, that's really unfair of QVC to do that! I would definitely return your jacket and ask for a supervisor to override the other cs and give you the tsv price, that's only fair and they do it all the time - believe me (customer for 20 yrs.)

FYI, I just ordered a $39.00 bracelet from HSN and the size was wrong but on the spot they ordered me a replacement (before they received my return), that's customer service. HSN computer system also has the capability to e-mail you when USPS scans your return, pretty neat and really appreciated - customer service is more that just how many $$$$ you sell! I'm just sayin'. Re: G.I.L.I. moto jacket TSV - Reviews

I just received the Chalk Size 8 TSV today, and it fits me just fine. Of course, I'm really slim on top and have narrow shoulders. I think if someone is busty, they may need to go up a size. The chalk can be worn with any color. I won't be wearing it every day, so I'm not really concerned about getting it dirty.

I haven't found any problem with the stitching, but I haven't had a chance to inspect every inch yet. If you are unable to get the collar to lay flat, because of the puckered stitching, you should return the jacket, and mark the receipt "defective", so you aren't charged for return shipping. You might also want to call Customer Service and explain the problem to them.

So far, I'm happy with the jacket. When I first tried it on, I wasn't sure about the collar, and thought I might return it. However, I put it on now with a black turtleneck and black pants, and I really like it.

I'm glad I cancelled my orders for size 10 -- that would be way too large for me.

Why don't you go ahead and purchase the jacket in your size while available, then turn around and send the defective jacket back as the full price jacket. Does that make sense?
