I don't like that gray color but it looks like a pretty dress. Whether or not something is expensive depends on the person and their finances. I certainly don't think $200 is a lot of money for a dress, especially for a special occasion dress. That's what this dress seems to be. I don't get the shock and awe over Gili prices. Gili is not Denim & Co. It's QVC's upscale brand and the prices reflect that.

Cost is all relative to what you are willing to pay. For me, $200 for Faux Silk is not a good deal. I'd pay less than $70 for it.

Its Poly and rayon, so the price should reflect that. Should be under $60 if you ask me. No buy for me and I am a big GILI fan. They missed the mark. Didn't catch where its made but I will place a bet that its china.
