Yikes. It arrived. 

THEY LEFT OUT THE CRITICAL snap fastener!!

What were they thinking? All my LARGE Romas have the snap closure.

It just hangs open! Very awkward in appearance and function.

Jill kept saying "It's just the original, but different leather."

I can't live with that.

(As an aside, they skimped on the "Limited Edition" card. No # given! My GILI green lizard has that card and tells you, as all limited editions should, #139 of #400. They just said Limited Edition of 252.)

Going back this afternoon.

Sigh.

@Chi-town girl   It's been a while since I've been the QVC Forums, but wanted to concur that the G.I.L.I. Faux Leather and Shearling Vest (A297929) olive/black option looks really good.  I missed the presentation and a lot of the sizes in the olive/black color option are now sold-out.  Dang !!!

The last G.I.L.I. item that I bought wasprobably over a year ago now - the camo blazer.  I have become bored by this fashion line and no longer feel the need to watch the shows.  The majority of the items are things that look like merchandise at regular department stores.  I miss the designer-inspired pieces.

I also miss the G.I.L.I. girls!  @Chi-town girl,@1Professor, @IlliniGirl88

It does have that side clip fastener, but the Romas had the snap shut as well.

The side clip is awkward and does NOT CLOSE THE BAG, just changes the shape.

There's a huge opening.

@BritishGirl - I think most of us share your sentiments/disappointments! My GILI purchases are way down.  Love the Roma5 bag I bought in Sage in Spring, and that's about it for this year so far...

They sh offered the pouch as a TSV for a good price, it woukd have sold well.
