I am so frustrated with free exchanges. I have NEVER received an exchange requested, and I check the available inventory before I send it back.
So today, once again, I receive an email of a pending return amount due to my "return". I wrote on the return mailing label it was an exchange, and printed out my invoice and placed inside with clear instructions it was an even exchange for a smaller size, same color. The item is still available.
Contacted thru FB Chat, which I use all the time for CS, and they have not gotten back to me yet. Online chat will not work for me for some reason. I realize I can call, but it's easier to deal with online.
Does anyone else have this issue??

@charsha I suggest you bite the bullet and call. Obviously you are getting nowhere any other way. I don't see why you won't call.
There have been lots of posts about how helpful CS service is **on the phone.**

@charsha. Are you following the new instructions for exchanges or just writing "exchange" on the return slip? Apparently it makes a big differences as many people report great success with it.
Take time to go to CS and review the procedure.

I was always leery of the exchange process. Luckily have not had to use it.

Well here is what I do ... it's a little risky ... but I re-order the item
and then do a return instead of the exchange ....I've been
lucky .. and i do try not to use it too often ....
