Re: France's First Lady's LBD

I love the shoes.

I'm torn about the dress.  I think she can pull it off, but I'm not really crazy about the belt.

Re: France's First Lady's LBD

i dont care for her entire look at all.

a sheath might have been a much better look.....with some jewelry or a scarf.

Gosh!  I like the dress, but I think her body looks strange in the outfit.  Who is the woman in pink next to her?

I was thinking the same thing! Her top half looks way bigger than the lower......freakishly weird; like she's about to topple over! Smiley Wink  Not sure if it's the dress, the camera angle or her actual body looks that way.

I prefer the pink dress on the woman next to her much more than I care for the black dress.

I like the entire outfit..

She looks happy and comfortable and at ease with her appearance.

It's refreshing to see a leader who doesn't want or need a much younger trophy wife

I love the outfit. I had something similar when I was young. I wish I looked that good at her age....oh wait! I am her age!  Go for it!!!

Such funny expressions on their faces...

ETA:  My comment referenced a pic of Melania and Brigitte that was apparently poofed.

I agree but at least she's not wearing drop crotch pants.

This is a lovely dress on here. It is more sophisticated on an older woman then the Logo clothes sold on the Q, that only look good on girls or younger women up to 40. These are just my thoughts.

I cannot believe some of you, commenting about the dress is one thing but how is saying she's too skinny so looks older than her age any different than saying she's too fat so looks older that her age?

I think she looks Paris chic.

I wonder if her husband pushes her hand away when she tries to hold his hand.
