Found a BICE label

I was cleaning out my closet and trying to declutter and take away clothes that I had not worn for a few years. I came across a light weight pink sweater (button front very lacy). I have not worn it because it shows through because of the hole pattern. I noticed the label was BICE.

Does anyone know if Quaker might have gotten started with the BICE label in years past? Just curious. If it was one of her first attempts I am going to keep it.
