RETURN OF PURCHASES FROM LANEBRYANT.COM, CACIQUE.COM AND PHONE ORDERS
Effective February 1st, 2015
Purchases on lanebryant.com, cacique.com and phone orders can be returned via mail to our warehouse or at any Lane Bryant Store. Merchandise indicated as final sale is not eligible for return.
The packing slip serves as the receipt for online purchases and must accompany the return in order for the refund to be given.
If you do not bring your packing slip to the store when returning items, you will be credited the store's lowest selling price.
If you have misplaced your packing slip, you can print the order confirmation at lanebryant.com. Sign in and go to your order history page, then click the view order details for the order you would like to return. The bottom of the page is a print this page option for you to print out the information about your return.
Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.

RETURNS VIA RETURN SHIPMENT
1. Complete the return slip on your packing slip by indicating the return reason and quantity returned.
2. Use the Return Label from your packing slip to mail your merchandise return.
3. Enclose the unwashed, unworn merchandise with tags attached along with the return slip.
4. Because we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit, we recommend you insure your package for the purchase price of the merchandise before sending it back to us. Please note: Postage and insurance costs, as well your original shipping and handling charges, are not refundable
5. Effective February 1, 2015 - Lane Bryant will refund the full purchase price for items returned within 45 days of purchase with a packing slip (60 days if purchased with a Lane Bryant Credit Card.) Requests for refunds or exchanges after 45 days from the date of purchase (60 days if purchased with a Lane Bryant Credit Card), with or without a packing slip, may be accepted for merchandise credit at Lane Bryant's discretion. Merchandise returned within 45 days of purchase will be refunded to the credit card used to place the order. If you placed an order with a Gift Card, a new E-Gift Card worth the return value will be emailed to you. If you placed an order with a credit card and a Gift Card, the portion charged to your credit card on your original order will be refunded to your account and you will receive an E-Gift Card for the portion with the Gift Card.
6. You will receive an email notifying you when we have received your return and credited your account. Please note: It may take up to two full billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement. If you return an item purchased as part of a multiple discount (such as buy 1, select 1 for 50% off), your credit will be equal to the pre-discounted price minus a portion of the discount you received as a result of receiving a multiple discount, not the pre-discount price of the single item.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES TO A STORE OF PRODUCT PURCHASED ONLINE
Simply take the unwashed, unworn merchandise, the packing slip, and the credit card you used to place the order to any Lane Bryant store. Lane Bryant stores will process returns and issue credits only for merchandise ordered from lanebryant.com and cacique.com.
Return credit for orders placed with PayPal can only be processed at our warehouse location. Lane Bryant stores will facilitate the return of orders placed with PayPal by mailing them back to our warehouse. Please allow 7 days for all returns to be processed once they reach our warehouse facility.

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
We do our best to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. Since our systems are designed to begin this process immediately, you cannot change or cancel an online order once it is placed. However, to ensure your satisfaction, you may easily return your lanebryant.com order to any Lane Bryant store or use the return label from your packing slip for a shipment return.
EXCHANGES VIA RETURN SHIPMENT
We do not currently offer an exchange program. Follow the instructions for Returns via Return Shipment below. Then place a new order for the desired items at lanebryant.com or cacique.com. Please note: You will be charged for shipping and handling on your new order.
