I used to go crazy for stripes.  They were my favorite.  Now, I still like them but not nearly as much.

I used to even have a sweater in pastel stripes that made me look like an Easter egg.  Strangely enough, it took a few wearings before I even realized it. 

And I had a cool pair of wool, pleated-front black and cream pinstriped pants with cuffs back in the early 70s.  Those were the days I had a tiny waist and could actually put a belt through the belt loops.  (I think I still have all my belts.  Love them still even though I haven't worn any for a long time.)
