I agree. Most of the flutter sleeves on One World's tops I like, and I liked it on the Iman blouse sold on HSN this past weekend. If it's too wide or too long, I won't do it.

I don't like flutter sleeves on me. I prefer elbow or 3/4 - my arms are not very toned even though I'm thin - I have always had awful arms. Strong, but not defined at all.

I like the first one. The way the sleeves are set gives a nic, strong shoulder line.
I dislike the second one. Too costumey. It looks as though it could be a Star Trek costume.
