Pretty. I like the lines/shape of it.

I think an empire waist dress is very flattering and the print placement adds to the shapely-ness (?word) of it.

I'm not a huge fan of a loud pattern, but that pattern in a more tone on tone color would look great.

I am wondering what the optical illusion is.  The dress is nice except I don't care for the sleeves or the length.  The dog is cute!
