First rise this high

[ Edited ]

First 12" rise in a jean, I've ever come across.  From Re/Done jeans.  American made.  Jeans made from destroyed old jeans in to new ones.  12" rise, 30"inseam, 10.50" leg opening.  Up to this, I've just seen the 11".  If your small waisted, pretty nice.

Mom jeans never went that high.... Also the waist is contoured.  Want to show off a small waist.  Mom jeans never looked like this.

No way could I wear these!!  They would go way past my waist and so uncomfortable if I even tried.  I am short torsoed and have a thicker waist so I need a rise  below my  waist.

It’s definitely an after-effect of the Kylie Jenner Book of Style.

She has popularized high-waist pants more than anyone

out there. If you have the figure, they look amazing.

I'm sitting out this trend.

I'm short waisted, with a full chest. I wear all of my tops out, to elongate my top half. High rise jeans and pants would just add extra bulk under my tops.

But those jeans are cute and updated, so some might love them.

I guess i'm lucky.  I have a normal waist position.  My body is in proportion.  My legs are too.  Thighs and calves are the same length.  I wear 11" rise now and I have 2 jeans that are contour waist.  No problem wearing them.  They encircle your waist differently then non contour jeans.

That rise reminds me of how pants use to be years ago.
