I am off today and for once I don't have an appointment!  It's a "wonderful down day"!

I have continued my several years search for a wide navy leather belt.  Amazon has a few that didn't appeal in the least, then I "walked" through Nordstrom, Black House White Market, Dillards, B-low the Belt, and other major places.  Most places offer 2 inches wide and more narrow.  I am not working with belt loops.

I could have gotten several bright blue belts, one would think a basic would be available!

I finally found one that will go with my style from a designer.

Ever had a hunt that was a "pain"?

Yes, I was looking for a wide belt to wear over tops, dresses and jumpsuits  ((not belt loops).  How can something so classic be like looking for a needle in a haystack.  I finally found one in addition to a wide Raffia belt (which I decided to buy).  It adds texture and it’s a fabulous look for the summer!

I would suggest you visit B low The Belt.  All the belts are high quality leather, not tissue paper thin, and beautiful!  I fould them going from just plain Ralph Lauren stretch belts to leather belts.  They were "Heaven sent" to me!!!

They are a family business and I get a lot of belts from them.  They sell out quickly.

Very sorry to bother, years ago I had a wonderful black (OF COURSE), wide woven stretch belt that I wore often from Chicos.  

I found another one from White House Black Market.  I wish they would just use a gloss black in place of using gold.  I'm a silver gal!

I love wide belts but can't wear them.  

I'm always on the search for something I can't find just what I want.  I remember a few years back looking all over for high heel navy shoes.  I finally found a pair of pumps at one of those sample sale sites.
