Wow!  Where are all the boomers?  When I was young ( in my teens)  this was what every single girl and woman looked like!  I used to tell people at work that dresses and skirts were just slightly long tops "back in the day".   Now naturally you would not expect 

Helen Mirren, Barbara Bush or Nancy Pelosi to run around in short numbers like this....

but if someone is young enough or fit enough to rock this 60s retro....then I say GROOVY, MAN!!

It's probably a pick from the designer on her show.   Unusual dress but striking.

More tasteless than fearless IMHO.

The cut of the neckline, the split cuffs and the hemline all say party dress.

Guess the recession is coming with all the short hemlines!

Ahh, back in the day many of us could and DID wear something similar.  The tailoring looks impecable.   Good times!

I think she looks fabulous. I don't think the dress is too small either...fits thru shoulders, arms are not tight. The orange looks spectacular on the model.
