Re: Favorite Outerwear Piece

This is my favorite, found it at TJ Maxx.  Perfect weight for the winter weather here plus its washable.  From Calvin Klein Performance line.  I wear it with just about everything.IMG_9549.JPG

@ECBG  - Instead of replacing your jacket, get a fabric shaver.  It will get rid of all the pilling.  I bought mine at Walmart.  QVC has one too.

Re: Favorite Outerwear Piece

It's hard to name just one.... but my favorite right now is a short quilted jacket that's perfect for fall and a cold spring.   It's navy blue with a green and navy plaid lining.  If I roll the sleeves at the wrist, the plaid print shows.  It's perfect with jeans and t-shirt (my uniform).  The length is about 2 inches below my waist..  It's very lightweight, washable, and has pockets at the side seams (to hold my plastic gloves and face mask).

The best part?  I got it at Kohl's 2 springs ago.  With a coupon and Kohl's Kash, I paid $1.78 for the jacket.   Worth every penny!!

Been thinking about this. I can’t come up with a favorite. I like all my outerwear or else I wouldn’t have bought them.

@tototwo

You got a great deal!

I have a rain slicker that I bought for $5 at the old Fashion Bug store. Been wearing it for years. Very well made.
