Fashion trend

I am a avid viewer and I need to say something about the fashion trend among some of the host who wear wide leg pants and jeans that go all the way to the floor. This looks fine if you are tall but not so good if you are short. It makes makes the lower half of the body look shorter and emphasizes the hips and thighs. I am not trying to bash any hosts, so please don't turn this into a lets bash the on air host if you choose to reply.
