I can't believe that Tina Fey won best dressed woman. I think it was given to her because she has come a long way of dressing nicer. There were so many other women that looked way better and a more beautiful dress on. IMO Heide Klum was gorgous and the young woman with the dark short hair with the unusual dress with orange/red cutouts on it. And, actually many others. Who was your favorite? Heidi was mine. The color was beautiful and she rocked that dress.
