Actually nothing now.  I bought two pair of Ugg boots on sale last year.  One from Nordstrom and the other from NM.  I love Uggs because I do not need to wear socks and it could be freezing outside.  I bought a really cute army green jacket with a hood from Target and with the sale they had it was slightly over $50.  It is warm but not overly like down jackets are.  Those are my 3 great buys.  I also picked up extra colored tee shirts that are a little heavier than the summer ones.
