My goodness!

Our wonderful Joan Rivers would have a field day

with Taylor Swift’s ensemble.

And with that thought...it seems lately red carpet dresses are

really missing the mark.  I do have to say when Joan was alive,

I feel like celebrities, stylists & designers had Joan’s critique in

their ear when working with their client.  Soon after she passed away,

I predicted those in the fashion world will breathe a little bit & would

relax & get edgier & take more chances with their designs.  

I really do think that is happening.

while Naomi looks wonderful in the gold, she is just a little too covered up. add to it the 3/4 sleeves, it almost looks casual.  anyone notice that all the dresses are a little on the extra long side?

Don't care for Naomi's dress or Sandra Oh's hair.  What's with the bun on her forehead?  She look great from the eyes down.

Guess I'm the odd one out.  I think Taylor looks fab in that dress, sleeves and all.

I don't really like any of the others.

I think the best dressed is Petra. Absolutely love the color!!

I'm disappointed in Brie Larson's outfit. Usually I love her style, but this is not very flattering on her. The top looks too big, the length is too long, the color is drab and the pockets are weird.

Maybe Brie Larson would look 99% better if she had a nice soft hairdo and some jewelry on. A necklace, heavier earrings, SOMETHING. She looks unfinished, like time ran out before she was done getting ready and she had to run to catch her ride......lol
