While I really like the color of Eugenie's reception dress, I'm not so sure of the bustline. My knee-jerk thought was this:

Yes; all I see are breasts in the reception gown.  Loved her wedding gown and tiara.  Wonder how heavy that dress felt?  She was a beautiful bride!

The woman in the pale blue cut-out dress -- inappropriate for a wedding, IMO -- especially a royal wedding.  Too much of a "look at me" style.

 

WHAT?  No Tim Gunn and Heidi on Project Runway?????  😳😳😳

I noticed her stance right away.  She is going to be a handful....love her!  

 

Do you suppose that these children realize how priviledged they are....that the population has no access to their privileges and wealth.

I think she was in a no-win situation.  If she wore something more form fitting it would have probably been fairly obvious she was pregnant, and there would be gossip.  So she opted to camouflage (and there was still gossip.)
