If the boots don't really zip they are not for me.  The bag is pretty large for just running around.  I like the overall vibe, though.  Just a little too studied.🧐

Interesting combination.  With that color of sweater, I'd normally reach for black purse and boots, but that scarf pulls in the brown.  

I like the brown leather handbag but not sure about the shape for me.  I have some similar Luck Brand black booties that I love, and would pick these up in brown if they're as comfy.

Love the look!  I own the Frye handbag, and it it one of my favorites.  Just the right size for me.  I give it a thumbs up! 👍

Love the whole thing including your "replacement" bag.  That would have to be an addition, not a replacement (LOL!)

A well-curated bag from the "collection" would be my choice.  (Oberon Design, hand-tooled Hokusai "The Great Wave", in dark chocolate hand-tanned leather, two handled over the shoulder slim).

Ok, Ok, Frye, Ok.  Flashback, '70s.  I had Dingos.  Real stacked hide heels.

I like the "idea" of the whole outfit, but not the "unzipped" boots ... would replace them with a similar pair I already own in dark brown.   Would also change out the bag with this D&B small toscana satchel (also own).
