I prefer lighter weight plaid shirts that are a bit more boyfriend cut and have traditional shirt collars.

Not a fan of plaids or of flannel. 

 

My winter shirt "uniform" is a turtleneck shirt or sweater.

I like the green and blue (the 1st blouse) and the all blue.  If you are going for a comfy look for the weekend with jeans or corduroys, this would look nice.

I have 2 almost identical to these that I bought a year or 2 ago. Mine don't button all the way down, maybe a quarter of the way and appear to be slightly longer. I like them a lot, for fall leaf raking, etc. Don't need any more, but the ones I have are very nice.
