Those are designer !ooks for fashion shows and movie stars.  Some of the elements might filter down but the looks and colors will be wearable.  The ruffle influence has actually been here for a couple of seasons.

That yellow doesn't look dusty to me.  It looks, well, gross.  LOL

 

I like ruffles done right and subtle and I won't do gold metallic clothes or gold lame clothes (gawd I had to wear a gold lame bridesmaid dress once) but I'm betting there will be a movement toward gold jewelry now and clothes with gold metallic threads running through which always itch me.  LOL
